PINE STREET LOFT

This popular Old Town vacation rental is a northern Colorado gem. Because of its energetic location with quick access to Horsetooth Reservoir and downtown, the owners wanted bright, fun furniture to match the buzz. The house features elegant, lofted ceilings, plenty of natural lighting, and an expansive living area.
Originally the furniture was uninspired, blending into the walls, ceiling, and floors. The original layout created pinch points and an uncomfortable feeling space which did not match the quirky character of the loft or its location.

My clients wanted to incorporate color without overwhelming the space to appeal to the variety of future guests they would host. Presented with the challenge to include some existing pieces of furniture, I selected the new pieces based on how well they complemented what the client chose to keep. I repositioned their plants, artwork, and décor and included new furniture with fun, yet durable textures per request. The faux leather sofa paired with emerald green chairs created a comfortable, focused area within the larger living space encouraging guests to relax and unwind. The finishing touch of green and gold accent chairs pay a subtle homage to the Colorado State University Rams while completing the space with a pop of color.

Together, we gave this space life, transforming it from mundane into a colorful, comfortable atmosphere that future guests will never want to leave!
